It's unlikely that your processor and RAM will be below par for this game.
Chances are, any laptop with that GPU will exceed the processor requirement by quite a bit. A 2GHz processor (they don't say which architecture, but if it's at least a Core 2 Duo or better, which is very likely, you're all set) and 2GB is more than enough.
