Click the + in front of Components
Click on Display
Right Panel shows your Graphics Adapter
First go to your laptop manufacturer website Support/Downloads and input your laptop model number and get the latest driver

you can you to the display manufacturers website and download the drivers from there.
Try microsoft update, sometimes drivers pop up in there.
